In case Google Glass has demonstrated anything, it's that Search engines isn't
afraid of pressing out a product before it can ready. The same goes for Task
Ara, its modular smart phone, as G has introduced the first 100 beta testers are
about to get a device for free.
Over 90, 000 people applied to become Task
Ara "scouts" and Search engines has whittled it right down to just a select few
that'll be using its transformer phone to have an early test drive.
The
statement also says "over the following 8 months, Google will certainly continue
to refine the Altar prototype". After consulting a number of expert
mathematicians, we've figured this pegs the release day on March 2015 --
slightly later than the initial January target.

Still don't know what Ara's all about? The phone will be
created of parts that customers can swap out individually, letting them make
incremental updates instead of buying a brand new phone every year.
The
customisation doesn't finish there: we'll even be in a position to choose the
types of materials utilized to build our Ara cell phones.
Essentially, it's
Google's method of bringing smartphones to the public. But are you one of the
fortunate 100 to taste this early? Go see if your own name has appeared upon
Google's dscout page.
