iOS 7’s Frequent Locations function will keep track of places a person visit
frequently and when a person visit them, and provide a person with useful

travelling from your home to your workplace on a daily basis, it may tell you
how long today’s travel will take based on traffic circumstances, for
example.
According to a report through China’s state-run CCTV, but it may
also allow for sensitive info to leak out. The actual CCTV report, as The Wsj
notes, alleges that the Regular Locations feature could permit “those with
access to which data [to] gain knowledge of China’s economy or ‘even state
techniques. ’”
The Journal does not specify any further details on what
kind of secret information could be learned from the Frequent Locations

notes.
”Apple will not track users’ locations-Apple never done so and has
absolutely no plans to ever do this. ”
For its part, Apple company released a
statement Saturday in order to refute the CCTV statement and clarify what it
does along with location data that iOS 7 collects.
“Our clients want and
expect their own mobile devices to be able to quickly as well as reliably
determine their present locations for specific actions such as shopping, travel,
locating the nearest restaurant or determining the amount of time it takes these
to get to work, ” the actual statement reads in part. “We do this at the device
degree. Apple does not track users’ locations-Apple has never done therefore and
has no plans in order to ever do so. ”
